HAND-DELIVERED PAINTINGS
Must be dropped of between 10 am and 12 pm on March 14 at the New Mexico Farm and Ranch Heritage Museum Gallery, 4100 Dripping Springs Road, Las Cruces New Mexico. Late arrivals will not be accepted.
RETURN OF PAINTINGS
All paintings must be picked up by the artist or a designee with a printed ArtCall claim check to ensure the safety of paintings. All paintings will be released some time on or after August 2nd. The Museum is required to do a damage inspection and report after the close of the exhibit and will determine the date of completion of that report and notify NMWS-SC in July of the date and time for return of paintings. Artists will be advised of that date through an e-mail blast in July.
